All products and parts built by ASE Fabrication LLC, are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for as long as you own the product. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, ASE Fabrication LLC will replace it free of charge, excluding shipping and handling. This warranty does not apply to corrosion, finish, or normal wear and tare. Misuse, accidents, modifications or changes to the original design, or any use other than the product’s original design purpose will void the warranty. Products not made by ASE Fabrication LLC will not be the responsibility of ASE Fabrication LLC, and you will need to refer to the product manufacturer’s warranty. Claims must be made to that manufacturer. Custom parts and products are non-returnable, non-refundable and are deemed as off-road use only. 

ASE Fabrication LLC, shall not be liable for any accidental, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation, direct, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects. This Limited Warranty does not cover expenses including labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, rental vehicle, towing, lift, dock or storage fees . A copy of the invoice is needed (no exceptions) and proof of identification, for all warranty or satisfaction guarantee claims. 

All products are intended for off-road use only, ASE Fabrication LLC, is not responsible for accidents on road or offroad as a result of and not limited to defects, improper installation, or failure to properly inspect and service the products routinely.

Returns are allowed (see details below) within 10 days of order delivery, customer pays shipping, and will receive refund for item cost only, customer will not receive a refund for the original shipping cost, a 15 percent restock fee applies. After 10 days the restock fee increases to 25 percent and the customer is still responsible for shipping. Refunds are not permitted after installation, If the products returned show visible signs of damage a refund will be denied. No refund will be issued until the product is received by ASE Fabrication and inspected. Contact ASE Fabrication ([email protected]) before mailing item back to us.

Disclaimer, all product images may or may not be up to date with minor revisions, such as coatings, hardware, or slight shape adjustments, ASE Fabrication will not be held liable for these as changes are part of ongoing improvements to products. No refunds will be issued for product design changes.
